Pros

Great training, understanding leadership, job growth and security, relocation available if you desire. Overall, good vibe. Basically, if you do the best you can, you care, are not behind on deadlines, follow policy and cross-train your team... you should be good to go. The DM's have a lot on their plates and rely on Chef Managers to simply do their jobs... you do that, and you will be fine.

Cons

The work load at times can be overwhelming... running reports can be confusing. Some programs asked to follow through with are a little "cheesy."
