      Pros

      Schedule usually a 5 day work week. Holidays off. Good Clients. Awesome Co Workers.

      Cons

      Equal Pay for Men and Women the men always seem to get paid more and do less work than some of the amazing women that work for this company. High turnover rate for hourly associates. We need to do a better job at the recruiting process.

      Pros

      Hours and quality of life are perfect for most. Leadership really listens to you and is available when you need them. Good benefits package. There is a wealth of help desks and support lines for every need so you always have someone to call. Lot of ability to be a self starter with lots of growth potential.

      Cons

      Depends on client and contract but some can be particularly prickly. Small Units can be hard to find proper leadership for creating more stressful environments.
