Pros

Food Service, Helping guests and clients everyday, everyday you learn something new

Cons

You will feel always a bit over whelmed. If you are doing everything expected of your role you will constantly be on the go- it can be exhausting--- and lead to over worked hours

Pros

Decent work schedule, great employee's

Cons

Senior Management!!! Training is sub par, you're basically on an island left to fend for yourself and then cut off at the knees if you don't perform to specs. No standardized training for a corporate monster that has a system, report and documentation for every possible action yet no one seems to really be tasked with the tools to help managers and chefs understand all the critical points they stress as values, guidelines and protocol. My Manager frequently likes to ask me to call someone else for answers and seems to get frustrated if I press her for information.
