Pros

The company is by far first a people company. From Mark Maloney on down the culture is people, then of course we are not a non profit organization, but there is plenty of support along the way. Training and endless support.

Cons

Lots of paperwork and not sure if all the paperwork is necessary sometimes.

Pros

Quality of life. Having Nights and weekends off in the restaurant industry is a big plus. Senior Management has great intentions.

Cons

Initial training in some of the more intricate back of the house processes could be better

Pros

You can go as far as you'd like with Eurest/Compass Group. It's up to you, there is so much opportunity.

Cons

We are such a large organization, that it can be difficult to know where the opportunities lie. Each Sector is managed regionally (which is a pro).
