- Focused on developing internal team members - Endless career options, both geographically and functionally - Perks of the hospitality industry without the night and weekend hours

Cons

The hospitality industry is always challenging - Eurest faces some of the same struggles with retaining strong employees.

Pros

I've been in the culinary field over 40 yrs and this is the first time in my life I have had nights and weekends off for the most part. The quality of life with my family has grown immensely.

Cons

The only issue we have is filling job openings, because of the company's policies and advertising
