Pros

Interesting products and customer foot print

Cons

No room to progress in your carrier path or to grow , no training , salary is 30% below the market rate , most of the activities are off shore and done by the offe shore teams in India , toxic environment , as they will request you to work day and night without any fair compensation. even your days off if you don’t take them because of the work load imposed by the Comapny , you can lose them without any compensation or payoff.

Pros

Exposure to different telco environments and advance telco tech.

Cons

Old School count the hours not the productivity management style. Management have absolutely no back of employees. Raising issues is offensive for management. No real career growth path if you don't have friends at right places.

Pros

.Work life balance. .Good bonus at least for my team. .Hardly any work for many employees.

Cons

.Grossly unethical ,incompetent and unprofessional folks in senior leadership positions. .Job security is always a big concern as so called leaders are inept ,insecure losers. .It's more of a family shop where - there is no accountability ,transparency or meritocracy . .Terrible leadership like some gangster style group targeting people for being smart and open about their opinions. .Have never heard or come across such weak set of people who are just cowards and insecure from intelligent people. .Plus there is non quality work as almost all of the first batch of talented employees quit the team GAIA as I said they were bright ,intelligent and talented. .To top it all there is a top guy in Blore (polished on exterior) who behaves like he is some sort of old king or slave owner and he actually has 3 slaves in reality in the firm and they just follow his whims and stupidities.
