Ericsson allows employees to move from Country to Country easier then any other company I have worked at before.

Ericsson has lots of money and therefore invests more in the future. Mobility between countries is definitely a plus. Ericsson is involved in many core networking products.

Cons

Ericsson has a habit of cutting employees quickly especially if working for a company that they have acquired. The process is sometimes onerous.
