      Well organized Process driven Good Senior and mid-level management Easy internal mobility One of the best integration/suppliers in the market

      Cons

      Heavy processes hard to follow. The company becomes a slow machine sometimes. It needs a review of the cost bases and some more empowerment of the employees.

      Everyone around me has broad interest and knowledge in the telecom industry. There are plenty of people to ask questions to.

      Cons

      Everyone around me is from Nortel and they are very resistant to change. They hate doing anything different than what "they have always done" and most of the time, they don't even know WHY they are doing things a certain way.
