      too much of controlling and not enough freedom to do your work. Not much fun at work place.

      Pros

      its a different company and always good to get exposure to international community. It is highly RnD and work focussed.

      Cons

      No fun at work place. The managers sit on contractors heads and peep into their monitors as to what they are doing. There is no freedom for contractors with respect to work or personal space. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work here. Some of the controlling managers are all over you and just want to run the whole show at an everyday level.

      Pros

      less stress in work, better work life balance compared to other companies in this industry. Get in if you are looking for a decent place to work.

      Cons

      compensation is at best mediocre. not proud at all about how much am making. thinking about moving to other companies if there is opportunity.

      Good benefits, poor communication

      Pros

      Offers one of the best benefits packages in the area. On site fitness center and cafeteria. Decent place to work if you have a good manager and don't mind working long hours. Opportunities for advancement available if you know the right person. Most managers have an open door policy and have occasional get togethers after work (dinner, happy hours).

      Cons

      Constant reorganizations resulting in an inconsistent workplace. Untimely or lack of communication on some policies and procedures, of which many are vaguely written. Poor salary increases. Company has become too cost obsessive due to acquisitions and maintaining market share resulting in constant fear of lay-offs.
