Pros

Good People and fast paced, multi-national evironoment, good skiils and technical opportunities. There are plenty of areas within Telecoms, pasts experiences and knowledge/insight are utilised. Good teamwork and network of interlinked business units.

Cons

Ericsson has own work methodology which can be slow, International assignments and connections getting reduced. Money and benefits reach a certain level and cannot increase, management style is getting too Anglo-Saxon and American. Sometimes you seem to be working on the same thing forever.

Working at progressive technology company in big telecommunication market

Cons

Ericsson Saudi Arabia is facing very tough competition there therefore they (management) sacrifice in order to put the foot in the door (SA market) that in turn reflects in poor salaries for employees. In addition the company and its human resources management should be more transparent cos at this time is not.
