Large, global company that promotes internal, cross-globe mobility. Benefits are very good.

Cons

Leaders operating in archaic manner, driving internal competitiveness, destroying collaboration and innovation. While suggesting that leadership is open to new ideas and change, they really are not. The buzz word you hear is "that is not our way of working" and ideas are shut down. Pay is not competitive.
