Not sure if is a Pro, but if you would like to stay in a company that you do something every day, use old technologies, here is the place. For people want to keep hide and don't want to change.

Cons

This company have a lot of papers wit HR campaigns, description of career growing, culture values, but is just paper, when you come inside, see is just misleading advertising.

Ericsson is a company that can really improve your career, full of opportunities in every area and every place in the world.

Cons

As an employee that worked in different Ericsson sites, I can say Ericsson Bellevue - WA works as a separate company, not following ericsson's values. Work-life balance at this site is simply nonexistent. Managers treat you like you are doing something wrong if you are working from 8 to 5. And when we talk about managers, note that this place has a HUGE number of managers, almost one manager for each 2 employee and they still try to figure out why the company is facing a financial crisis. Managers treat employees like garbage, it is normal to hear around the office managers swearing bad words with employees or even laughing at failures. It is a very toxic place. Note: I only experienced it at Ericsson Bellevue - WA. The company it self is great! If you can chose, run from Bellevue!
