      Pros

      Good heritage with the Tandberg company that was acquired. That was a great team spirit, but sadly long since gone

      Cons

      Faceless management, too many levels in the company, no real HR, lots of talk from senior people who don't live the values or practice what they preach. They have ground the organisation down with red tape and Swedish centric policies which make no sense. No pay rises, nowhere to park, I could go on.....

      I will admit Ericsson has very good benefits that are at a very low cost to the employee

      Cons

      Far too many cut-backs & lay-offs in the past 5 years. Ericsson does not appear to be able to gain new business to stay ahead of lost business.
