      Pros

      Good insurance, good co-worker, life and working is balanced. If you are lucky enough, you would meet some good manager. Customers are good

      Cons

      Monthly / quaterly laid off, totally has no direction, so many directors, VPs with several staff. Don't understand the ideal of the management why the company pay such high salary and benifits to get so many old men just want to secure their positions without any contributions.

      Uninformed, self serving management

      Pros

      Employee are given a lot of responsibilities so you can learn a lot of skills if you are self driven or motivated. You do need to look after your own career so that you keep current with technology.

      Cons

      There is no longer any management who care about employees, and who understand the business. They make decisions to satisfy their own personal agendas. The company is making money but spending it on management promotions, and management travel even though they tell employees that there are cost reduction policies. There management structure has gotten bigger instead of getting leaner. Too many directors (the director to manager to employee ratio no longer a pyramid, but almost shaped like an hourglass).
