The Broadcast and media services which I worked for was under staffed and under supported, which made people leave in droves. Management was not doing anything to acknowledge how challenging this was. Morale was falling quickly and the entire atmosphere was very toxic.

Where do I start with... They treat their resources as something they can just use and dump. Once your project gets over, their is high probability that you'll be out of office maybe very next day, despite being fresher or whatsoever. They don't consider what are you going to do with 6 months or 1 year of Experience. Although they pay you for 3 months, but it's like treating somebody like a cattle and finally giving them few bucks in the name of Ericsson goodwill. They blindly just lay off employees, even if they're hired just couple of months back as freshers, who rejected the offers of IT giant like infy/cogni to join this "not so promising" organization EGIL. If you're a fresher, I highly recommend you to opt for anything but EGIL. Although EIL is doing alright, job security is still intact.
