"Maybe a better communication at the time of schedule" ((in 6 reviews)); "Algunos superiores a cargo tienen muy malos tratos y buscan afectarte si tomas vacaciones, parece ser molesto para ellos si usas tu días de descanso ya que al regresar empieza el acoso laboral y micromanagement sin considerar que después de no estar trabajando es lógico que se haga un atraso por el tiempo no trabajado y se necesitan tiempo para ponerse al corriente, si ven que haces bien las cosas te cargan de muchísimo más trabajo que los otros Project Manager sin ningún tipo de compensación o consideración por el trabajo proporcionado, te van a exigir que cumplas tu metas en la misma cantidad que otros cuando puedes tener el doble o triple de carga laboral, si necesitas más tiempo y lo trabajas no te lo pagan y si no cumples te pueden poner en un PIP (Improvement Plan)."
