Pros
In my opinion, this company is one of the best in the world because we have the option to work remotely from anywhere we choose. This is a major advantage for us as employees and makes for a wonderful work experience. We also receive two great benefits: a 12-day vacation program annually, starting after six months of employment, and one paid day off for our birthday. Moreover, we are given a Wellness fund once a year to use towards GYM memberships, Education Programs, and even a new pair of headphones. Additionally, there's a Tech Fund every four years that we can use to upgrade our laptops, desks, chairs, or headphones, which helps improve our daily work. And finally, the company culture enforces a work-life balance, providing peace of mind.
Cons
One downside is not interacting with peers in person, but it's insignificant compared to the benefit of monitoring your personal life. Since we are not hired in the U.S. but as freelancers we receive only the income, without other social benefits as a regular company.
