- Transparent place to work - They focus on being lean, on investing in people and on being kind wich is a weird thing to say about a company but they put effort on it. - They respect people´s PTO - They truly care for you to grow - They have different bonuses for you to improve yout setup and to do stuff that is benefitial for you: excersice, etc

Cons

- The pay could be better. It´s not specially low but It could be better.

Ergeon is a fully remote job, They are really aligned with their values, they're kind, lean, and invest in people. You work with people from all around the globe, The company is always looking to help you to improve, motivates you, and always finds the way you feel you belong and you're part of a huge community.

Cons

Probably it could be that we have to adapt to different time zones, but it's easy to get used to it,
