Remote Work Flexibility: The remote-first approach has given me the flexibility to manage work-life balance effectively while remaining productive.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: The pace of change and growth can be intense at times, requiring strong adaptability and time management. Pros

You can apply your skills in new situations when handling installers and customers. You will stand out if you have excellent time management, organizational problem solving negotiating skills and if uou are a quick thinker. Also if you respond immediately. I got my deposit late only once in 3 years and the benefits are nice.

Cons

The company prefers profit over people. Supposedly one of the companies values is to invest in people but I never got feedback on how to improve my performance as a project manager. I would only get asked if I was ok. As a PM you have "priority times" where you must be at your computer but you don't have a set schedule, if a customer or installer calls you, the company expects you reach out ASAP even if its a 4 am or 8 pm on a sunday. Holidays are a myth in this company. They don't tell you but you are basically on call 365 days a year. PTOs are a nightmare, when you come back you have to respond to hundreds of messages, emails and company communications.
