Its a great bunch of people who are there for you. The company build in the way that everyone involved, everyone is a driving force, thoughts and ideas are shared freely, people are open and very supportive. You always know what to expect, you have clear and doable KPI's and OKR's. Compensation is fair, company do care about its people. I can go on and on about how great it is, but best thing is to work for Ergeon and be a part of a game changing company.
