      Pros

      HR management is at human scale. Employees well taken care of. Interesting missions both on the sales and operations side, where you build solid experiences. Good worklife balance.

      Cons

      Lack of vision from the top management, but currently changing. In the downside of the cycle for many years so not much money to spend on travels, training or bonuses.
