9yThank you for taking time to provide feedback. We recognize the need for better training for new hires and a more employee friendly assimilation process. We are investing a lot of time in improving this experience this year and will continue to work hard on improvements in 2017. As we approach this work, we are looking at "employees as consumers" and designing in a way that is most effective from the perspective of our new employees.
