Lot of learnings..good colleagues... multiple opportunity... location is good.. support from supervisor.. flexible timing... office events..good exposure with clients as well as regulator..

Cons

No proper tool to work on..no opportunity if you wanna work across countries...need to work on organisation structure... nothing for people management or motivation...
