Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your more than 10 years of service with the company. Career development and professional growth are two things we take seriously, and we are proud of the opportunities we provide for Equifax people. Recognizing the individual is one of our core tenets, and we always try to celebrate achievements. This year, we introduced new elements into our performance measurement processes, encouraging continual development and ongoing dialogue about development plans and career pathing. We've also enhanced our internal referral program to encourage those within the company to apply for open roles, or recommend friends/family who may be a good fit.
