      Flexible hours, ability to work from home occassionally, supportive co-workers and mid-level Managers.

      Cons

      Senior leaders at EFX Workforce Solutions (WS) are all afraid of the current President of WS, who lacks key people leadership skills. He keeps everyone on edge because of his erratic behavior and creates chaos with his constantly changing priorities. His leadership creates a negative attitude and outlook for the employees.

      It all depends on your manager. Some are fortunate to have great managers, others have micro managers that can't get out of their own way.

      Breakdown of communication to associates. Untrustworthy of CEO. Layoffs of long time employees after breach last summer.
