      Pros

      People are genuinely nice. Leaders care about employees. Lots of changes after the cybersecurity incident, including new leaders that are bringing needed change. Very challenging and "fun" work. Lots of cool stuff happening in the technology and analytics space.

      Cons

      Long hours. Navigating through the matrix to get things done can be frustrating at times. But, this is a common issue in a lot of places.
