      No negatives as such, but very few employees face commute issues due to no company transport, I think this will streamline in future.

      I understand that no workplace is perfect for everyone. Personally, I haven’t encountered any major cons, but like any large organisation, there may be occasional challenges with change management or navigating complex internal systems. That said, the company is open to feedback and continuously working to improve. For me, the positives—supportive culture, strong leadership, innovative products, and great work-life balance—have far outweighed any minor issues.
