      Flextime work from home great resources great collaboration great professional culture

      after the data breach they hired managers that didnt know what they were doing and then these managers started firing with no grounds calling it the workforce reduction

      The pay and the people are great! Lots of changes comung for improvement.

      Cons

      This job requires is mired in paperwork! You need tremendous organization and follow up skills just to keep on top of things because there is no one to do it for you. The expectation are high! I have never worked so hard for so little results as the company operates in silo’s.

      Pros

      Good benefits such as healthcare, holiday purchasing, bike to work and more. Intelligent co-workers and a great atmosphere in the office. Occasional fun outings. Free Coffee/tea, free fruit on certain days.

      Cons

      Some projects lack interesting technologies. Salaries are below average, management will give you close to, but usually below the average. Any pay rises are usually disappointing. Strongly against developers working from home unless there are extenuating circumstances. US based managers are usually quite terrible leaders.
