      Growth Opportunities: There's a clear path for career progression, showing that the company invests in its employees and offers a future beyond the initial BDR position. Good People and Atmosphere: The team and management are supportive, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. This is a huge factor for new hires.

      Cons

      The initial training could be better organized. While the content is good, it can feel a bit disjointed at times, making it challenging to follow a clear progression.

      Pros

      - Onboarding experience was a lot but EXTREMELY manageable for anyone that's ambitious. - Work Culture is amazing and while no place is perfect I love the community environment here. - The work is challenging but not impossible and we are provided resources to solve problems as opposed to just having to "figure it out" blindly - I'm enabled to find out how to achieve goals using my own approach and collaborating with others as opposed to being told how to do everything. - This is a technology forward company that further enhances our productivity and collaboration to achieve our goals

      Cons

      - Can be intimidating / complex for some (maybe most initially) due to how gray some areas are such as org structure, team synergies, and project scopes.
