      Pros

      Excelente administración y organización de tareas. Clima laboral muy cálido y humano: todos son accesibles y atentos, sin importar el cargo. Beneficios atractivos y un modelo de negocio que entusiasma. Claras oportunidades de desarrollo y crecimiento profesional.

      Cons

      El proceso de capacitación es muy rápido en tiempos, mientras que los videos de formación requieren mucha atención y tiempo. Esto genera cruces con las tareas cotidianas y recarga el día a día. No es un problema grave, pero tal vez es un punto a mejorar.

      - Support - Energy - Integrity - Work Life Balance - Welcoming - Competitive Pay - Good Benefits Everyone here - from the beginning of recruiting to onboarding - wants you to succeed! Colleagues and Direct Leadership and everywhere in between have been so generous with their time during this transitional period. Couldn't ask for a better group of folks!

      Cons

      It's a bit like drinking from a fire hose! I know that's typical with all new positions, however, you really need to be a self starter. There isn't a structured L&D program in place. You do watch some training videos in the beginning, but it really is up to you for self lead learning. Also, they haven't caught up with technology that can make prospecting more efficient and streamlined. It's a bit clunky at the moment so it literally is working harder not smarter.
