      It has its ups and downs. Fast paced and gives you a challenge. You’re constantly doing something different, so you never get bored.

      Cons

      Expectations are very high & the compensation does not fit the amount of work.

      1. Very good salary package - For freshers as well as laterals 2. Very flexible work environment (except for few Business Units)

      Cons

      1. Fringe benefits like Team Outings, Merchandises, etc. are not there. 2. HR (My specific BU) is mostly non-responsive even though the employee number is considerably moderate. 3. Comparing to the competition companies in Pune, we have lot less best practices and policies.
