Amazing leadears who put people over metrics and an amazing culture when compared to big banks and fintechs. People here are extremely welcoming and helpful and often go above and beyond to make sure you get the help you need to suceed in your role.

Some what sales driven, but it is all designed around making sure everyone is treated fairly and with respect. The pay and benefits package isnt the best when compared to other companies like interac and other banks,
