The only pro is LEAVING this toxic environment. Experiencing how unhealthy the culture was here helped me move on to a workplace where employees are treated properly.

Bullying management - gossiping and unprofessional behaviour is allowed Any issues you raise will simply be ignored - they do not care about you as an employee or support you Inner circle favouritism - expect to be excluded from recognition and incentives with no valid reason No exit interview offered - which speaks volumes
