The core if Technology is fundamentally broken. Non-US business units forced to take unfinished core functionality and try to implement it even though drastic changes needed for local data. Major data transformation happening, and yet expected to integrate with it before it's even stated. Projects should not have run concurrently but local leaders fail to stand up to US bosses. Being forced back to office three specific days a week even though productivity was up during lockdown. Says "better together" yet actively offshoring and setting up Equifax India. UK/EU leadership a complete mess, and likely all local IT jobs offshored within 2 years. Avoid getting a job here.
