      Pros

      Great people to work with. Yearly pay raise.

      Cons

      Heavy workload expected from you. Workers are just a number and not real people when company wants to save a few dollars. Company purchases smaller businesses and then eliminates the workers who actually established the business.

      C-Suite and Senior leadership are disconnected from what really is happening at the company. They don’t care that all the processes are broken and no internal support. People are overworked and overwhelmed!

      Pros

      Was able to work remote until they decided that everyone needed to come back in. I was in a sales role I met with clients I had no need for a desk.

      Cons

      Abusive management doesn’t know what they’re doing. They have no management experience, so they just scream. The motto is “you work 24/7 until we make a profit and more profit including all holidays and weekends. “ Joy!
