The best place to work years ago. The Sr. Leadership has fallen apart and lost focused.

Semi established company Excellent people to work with not including Sr Leadership

Cons

Gone back to the Good old Boys Club. All Decisions are made at the Sr Leader level which has repeatedly caused confusion, mixed messages and often was the wrong decision thus wasting time. If you are a female minority, you will be hired into the position you applied for however advancement is very slim

Equifax provides a great chance to work with a good group of people that are pulling for a common goal. It is in a great location for a person with a family. Average yearly bonus.

Cons

If you have been a long term employee at Equifax, the pay will be less than other companies. It is better to leave and then come back in order to earn higher pay.
