      Pros

      I worked in Equifax Spain. I was a well stablished company. Great people and good location.

      Cons

      It is a hard group to becone a part os. But this is true for anyone not originally from Spain. Very close knit.

      Nice bonuses. Very supportive of work/life balance.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance. If you do happen to advance internally, they screw you on the salary for your new position.

      Diversification allows for movement within the company. New assets and new perspective is allowing the company to move beyond being just a bureau.

      Cons

      Highly matrixed environment creates bureaucracy and over thinking.
