Pros
Where I work is a good group of peole and was kind of like a family. New management has come in and started making their changes. I've been through my fair share of change but the new management style has a strict chain of command and does not want to deal with you if you haven't followed the chain.
Cons
This is a new management team to the finance area after being acquired. New management works as a "click" and if you're not in the click it will be very hard to advance. At this point, there is unsteadiness in the dept.
