      Good benefits. Company is financially stable. Good CEO. Company is growing revenue and earnings every year. Using latest technology. Good location.

      Traditional company. Big on outsourcing. Not a technology powerhouse.

      Pros

      Top notch senior leadership team, good benefits, fair compensation across the industry, great teamwork, driven to innovate or acquire products as required to be a leader in their space.

      Cons

      Great at buying companies but not so much communicating the plan for the newly acquired company to the masses. All departments consistently working toward same end goal.
