      Pros

      The money is great. I have less to compare it to but I found the pay is great at Equifax.

      Cons

      No work-life balance and micromanagement to the finest. You are reporting each aspect of your life.

      Pros

      They haven't lowered my pay. Coworkers are smart and great. Health benefits are not the worst. Like many large companies, they do offer programs for discounts at various businesses.

      Cons

      Every diktat comes down as "Do this or get fired." They wanted to RTO when the COVID pandemic was still active. They finally did RTO, but are extremely inflexible with it. Health benefit cost options are not the best. Senior leadership fails to see what makes employees successful, productive and happy. For, instance, they were amazed that an acquired company was doing so well. But a month later, they changed all the policies that allowed those employees to meet those "doing so well" achievements. More than half the people from that acquired company have moved out.
