      Pros

      The people I worked with were great, and management encouraged innovation. The company is still growing so there is a lot of room for you to grow as well. Everyone collaborates extremely well. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      They are a bit stuck in their ways when it comes to remote work, or any benefits to attract employees. They are also very meeting heavy. Tons of planning leaving very little time to execute the plan. You'll need good time management skills.
