Pros
They did about 2 weeks of training before starting to take calls, which helped with overall confidence. It was easy to get help if needed through the group chat for the whole call center or by contacting a floor supervisor or main supervisor. Consistent schedule, and at my location they had sit-stand desks.
Cons
It was a call center, so some customers were fine and some were not. Since we dealt with sensitive information there was a no electronics rule. When there was downtime you couldn't fill it with reading or watching anything. It's not fun to be in a system that tracks every minute that you are or are not working.
