4yThank you for the very valid input, the need to focus more and do a better job in our internal processes and ownership as you highlighted, We are lucky to have very strong people across the company and especially the customer success group you are part of, that overcome sometimes the weaker processes, but can definitely do a better job here given our growth and the scale we are already in.
