Business Outlook
Pros
The Academic Coordinators, who are the direct supervisors of coaches, are usually helpful and friendly. The CEO provides encouragement to the staff. The company listens to feedback and is making an effort to grow.
Cons
While it is good that coaches undergo training for continuous development, it can be tedious and time-consuming, even if it is paid. The pay, even with bonuses included, is relatively low, especially since the classes are group sessions. Their rate is better for private or one-on-one students. The bonus also depends entirely on student reviews, which don’t always accurately reflect a coach’s effort or performance.
