      Great place for entry level candidates.

      Cons

      They're only concerned with "bottom line" quality of employees. They'll work people to the bone, and then replace them with an entry level candidate. The promoting from within is few and far in between.

      Pros

      I have been working at Encompass for over a year and I love it. Company culture is great and for the most part, the employees are taken care of.

      Cons

      Management does an excellent job making sure employee concerns are looked into and taken care of. I have no complaints.
