      Pros

      Decent healthcare and vacation benefits. Hourly workers are eligible for free lunch. There are some good people here that go above and beyond their responsibilities in order to meet and exceed their manager and client's responsibilities.

      Cons

      Impossible to separate work from personal life as management is pretty much "on call" 24/7. High turnover in the past year has resulted in a lot of people being promoted that were not ready. Not a lot of support from management. In the past year an entire level of management has disappeared essentially killing anyone's growth past Manager/Senior Manager level.

      Pros

      Good benefits, the people I work with are nice, but we are just cogs in a machine. managers never come into operations to see the work that actually gets done. i don't think they have any idea what we do everyday.

      Cons

      seems like the top management gets worse every day. we call the two CEOs "the grumpy old men"; they never smile. they kicked all of the other managers out of their offices; nice way to show you care. why two CEOs? that costs a lot of money. switching schedules every 6 or 8 weeks also sucks; who wants to flip flop their lives constantly for a low level job. employees in other locations seem happier but stamford is terrible.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to help this company better establish its internal infrastructure as it has been experiencing tremendous growth through the past 5 years by acquiring many operations around the globe.

      Cons

      Need to be able to tolerate and flow with a somewhat entrepreneurial startup environment of the company. It will also will take some patience as the company internally establishes and develops its own infrastructure. Such rapid global growth can be exciting for some while uncomfortable for others.
