The company has benefits, 401k but the pay isn't the greatest. Great start for people needing experience in the industry

Cons

Not that much room for growth for employees trying to work their way up. Also the schedules can be very difficult to adjust to.

Pros

Decent health care plan. Decent pay. Awesome managers. Work environment was pretty relaxed for the most part. Good amount of vacation time. Not difficult to get time off approved.

Cons

Although the pay was decent, it's probably the lowest rate you will get paid as an MCO in Los Angeles with more work than most other places. There's no growth within the company.
