Can't have too high expectation of salary. Not much room for career growth.

Cons

No annual raises as of now and no raises when given more work to learn and do. Shift times are not great. Everything is still based on seniority level.

The People make this company. The West Coast facility was like a family. There's a lot of work so you'll learn something new all the time.

Cons

Not terrible but there are a lot of clients and they all have different wants and needs. This made it very hard to standardize processes. They all wanted things done their way which made it difficult at times. Also, the facility closed and operations moved to the east coast.
