High turnover and my manager dumps her work on direct reports.... I don't necessarily think that's the case in other departments though.

A place to get started within the industry.

Cons

The turn over is very high. There is a lack of training from managers. This is a corporate environment with a 'Good 'ol boys" feel.

Some great responsibilities include control over and monitoring live TV. The staff is friendly and has always been flexible with me

Cons

Shifts include either one Saturday or Sunday per week. Someone has to monitor your station if you have to step away for lunch or a break, but there are supervisors for that reason.
