      None. Well except they pay your salary on time.

      Cons

      Very Poor Mgt. Lazy, unsociable lot. Very corrupt boys club basically. Lack of pay rise for staff. Mgt lots of promotion.

      Good job to learn what not to do, as most of the daily business practices would get you fired at any other place.

      Cons

      Total lack of communication by upper management. Upward mobility is nonexistent and the pay doesn't equal the work that's being done.
